How to Make Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl in Two Ways

Here are some of the different ways to prepare pomegranate smoothies that will hopefully help you make a delicious home-made drink.


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Two tablespoons honey
  • Two tablespoons Low-fat yogurt
  • A cup of Pomegranate juice
  • 1 ripe banana

Pour banana, pomegranate juice, yogurt into the mixer. Mix until smooth and serve immediately.

The Second Method (Pomegranate and Mandarin Smoothie)


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 Mandarin
  • A cup of Pomegranate juice
  • yogurt
  • Chopped walnuts

Pomegranate and Mandarin Smoothie

To make the mandarin orange and pomegranate smoothie, first, mix the banana with yogurt into the mixer and combine the ingredients, then add the mandarin and pomegranate juice to the banana and yogurt mixture. Pour the crushed walnuts over the smoothie.

  • 1 cup pears, diced
  • 1 large banana, (3/4 cup sliced)
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice


Step 1

Add all ingredients in a blender.

Step 2

Blend for about 90 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.

Step 3

Add more pomegranate juice or ice as needed to achieve a thick and creamy consistency.
