Use this smoothie to lose weight. It works to fill you up with the healthy fats from peanut butter and avocado.
How to: Add 1 pitted avocado, 1 cup fresh spinach, 1 large banana, 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter, 1 cup milk of choice and a handful of ice cubes into your blender. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serves 2.
