We all like to put things off until the next day, month, or year. People who are overweight like to postpone their plans until the next life — when they are thin and slim. It’s a great excuse: “I want to learn how to dance, but I can’t because I’m overweight.
When I lose weight, then I will start training every day, and I will become the star of all the parties. You’ll all be jealous! But so far, thank goodness, I don’t need to train so hard. So I’ll just jog a bit in the evening and go to bed with a peaceful mind.”
